1、手寫原稿請下載徵文表格並列印在A4白紙上（21 cm x 29.7 cm）。

2、可接受手寫原稿掃描件或電子文檔（.doc, .docx, .pdf）。

3、手寫原稿需清晰可讀，掃描件清晰度不得低於300dpi。

4、電子文檔需使用標準字體，如中文為宋體或黑體。

5、題目：並非必要，可由參賽者自定。
6、體裁︰形式不拘（記敘、論說、抒情、描寫均可)。

7、字數︰請於作品註明字數，標點符號不含括在內。

5. Title: This is not mandatory and may be determined by the participant.

6. Genre: There are no restrictions on form (narrative, argumentative, lyrical, descriptive, etc. are all acceptable).

7. Word Count: Please indicate the word count of your work, excluding punctuation marks.
    

比賽細則 / Competition Rules：

1、只要符合主題，歡迎參賽者使用在其他比賽的作品；

2、報名資料一經提交，不可更改；

3、參賽者需確保提交作品與參賽組別相符；

4、如提交之作品因任何原因未能打開，參賽者將不獲評分； ​
 

1. As long as the theme is adhered to, participants are welcome to submit entries that have been entered in other competitions.

2. Once the registration information has been submitted, it cannot be altered.

3. Participants must ensure that the submitted entry corresponds to the designated competition category.

4. If the submitted entry fails to open for any reason, the participant will be disqualified.
    

參賽作品要求 / Entry Requirement：

1、作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成；

2、若被發現涉非參賽者的原作，包括請人代筆，將被取消參賽資格；

3、參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；

4、所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。

5、參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。

6、投稿方式：通過whatsapp提交參賽作品。
檔案上載前必須把檔案名稱儲存為「參賽組別_參賽者中或英文全名」
 

1. The work must be independently completed by the participant or independently completed under the guidance of parents and instructors.

2. If it is found that the work is not the original creation of the participant, including cases of ghostwriting, the participant will be disqualified.

3. If the submitted work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the organization will not be held responsible.

4. All submitted works must not contain inappropriate content, controversial elements, or anything deemed unsuitable.

5. Submitted works must not contain commercial or political promotional elements.

6. Submission method: Submit the entry via WhatsApp.
   File name must be saved as " Category_Participant’s Full Name in Chinese or English" before uploading.

評分標準 / Judging Criteria：

評判將根據參賽者整體的作品作出評級及評分，比賽成績為0至100分

亦考慮參賽者下列各方面的表現：
The judges will rate and score participants based on the overall quality of the submitted entry, with the competition results ranging from 0 to 100 points. The following aspects will also be considered:
 

• 新詩組 / New Poetry​
  語言精煉、意象生動、情感真摯、富有韻律感。
  Language precision, vivid imagery, genuine emotion, and rhythmic quality.
   

• 散文組 / Prose
  內容真實、情感真摯、語言優美、富有思想性。
  Authentic content, sincere emotion, beautiful language, and depth of thought.
   

• 小說組 / Novel
  故事性強、人物塑造成功、語言生動、主題深刻。
  Strong narrative, successful character development, vivid language, and profound themes.
   

• 故事組 / Story
  故事性強、情節引人入勝、語言通俗易懂、富有教育意義。
  Strong narrative, engaging plot, accessible language, and educational significance.
   

• 文章寫作組 / Article Writing
  觀點新穎、論據充分、邏輯清晰、語言流暢。
  Innovative viewpoints, sufficient arguments, clear logic, and fluent language.

評判將按以上之準則為作品評分。

每個作品將由2位專業評判評分，以確保公平性。

評審團成員包括本協會顧問、各辦學團體代表，以及業界資深人士。
 

Judging will be based on the criteria outlined above.

Each work will be scored by 2 professional judges to ensure fairness.

The judging panel includes advisors from our association, representatives from various educational institutions, and industry veterans.

金獎 Gold Award (90分以上/90 points and above)
銀獎 Silver Award (80分以上/80 points and above)

優異獎 Merit Award (69分以下/below 69 points)

得獎者可申請訂製印有參賽者名稱的獎項。
Award recipients may apply for customized awards displaying the participant's name.

【學校/團體獎項 / School/Group Awards】

．任何學校/教育中心/團體推薦參賽者達10名或以上，可獲「團體獎」

．Any school/educational center/group recommending 10 or more participants will receive a "Group Award".
．任何導師推薦參賽者達5名或以上，可獲「導師獎」
．Any instructor recommending 5 or more participants will receive an "Instructor Award".

領取奬項細則 / Award Collection Details：

1、比賽得獎結果將以電郵通知，並於此網站上刊登；

2、比賽獎項將於獎項申請結束後兩個月內發送；

3、比賽奬項及證書均採用順豐速運運費到付寄送；

4、所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；

5、如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。
 

1. The competition results will be notified via email and published on this website.

2. Awards will be dispatched within two months after the award application period ends.

3. All awards and certificates will be sent via SF Express with freight collect.

4. Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses.

5. The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts.

1、本協會有權將參賽者之影片以文字、錄音、錄影或其他形式等公開刊載或播放；

2、主辦機構有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品；

3、參賽作品不能含有淫褻、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容；

4、參賽者須明瞭和同意本次比賽的規則和章程；

5、參賽者如有違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位和評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格；

6、本協會信任並尊重評判根據其專業及經驗而作出的最後判斷；

7、評審會就大賽事宜保留最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；

8、本協會保留更改以上所有條款內容及詮釋比賽規則之權利而無須另行通知。

9、得獎者不得將其得獎資格轉讓予其他人。

10、所有參賽者必須遵守比賽規則，提交及參賽表示同意及清楚比賽細則及聲明。

11、如有任何爭議，本協會將保留最終決定權。

1. The association reserves the right to publish or broadcast participants' videos in text, audio, video, or other formats.

2. The organizer reserves the right to reject inappropriate, off-topic, or incorrectly formatted submissions.

3. Entries must not contain obscene, offensive, insulting, controversial, or inappropriate content.

4. Participants must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of the competition.

5. If participants violate any competition rules, the organizer and judging committee reserve the right to disqualify them.

6. The association trusts and respects the judges' final decisions based on their professional expertise and experience.

7. The judging panel reserves the final decision on all competition matters, and participants may not contest these decisions.

8. The association reserves the right to amend the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice.

9. Award recipients may not transfer their award qualifications to others.

10. All participants must comply with the competition rules; submission and participation indicate agreement and understanding of the competition details and statements.

11. In case of any disputes, the association reserves the final decision.
